Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
1 No trade execution by the RA
These terms and consent are for research services only. The RA cannot execute or carry out any trade on the Client's behalf. Do not permit the RA to execute any trade for you.
2 Fee cap
- Current fee limit: ₹1,51,000/- per annum per family (individual/HUF clients).
- Excludes statutory charges.
- Does not apply to non-individual clients / accredited investors.
3 Advance fees & termination refund
Advance fees, if agreed, shall not exceed one quarter (the period currently stipulated by SEBI). On pre-mature termination by either party, the Client is entitled to a proportionate refund for the unexpired period. No breakage fee is charged.
4 Mode of payment
Cheque, online bank transfer, UPI, etc. — cash is not allowed. Payments may optionally be made via the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited.
5 Conflict of interest
The RA abides by applicable SEBI/RAASB regulations on disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest, and will promptly inform the Client of anything affecting the services rendered.
6 No guaranteed returns
Assured, guaranteed or fixed-return schemes are prohibited by law. No such scheme will ever be offered.
7 No assurance of accuracy or returns
The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy or risk-free outcomes. Opinions and estimates are based on available data as of the report's publication date.
8 Market risk
Investments based on research report recommendations are subject to market risk and carry no assurance of returns. There is no recourse to claim losses; reliance on the report is per the Client's own judgement.
9 No performance guarantee from registration
SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment and NISM certification do not guarantee the RA's performance or assure any returns.
10 Grievances

11 Keep your details current
Clients must keep contact details — email and mobile number(s) — updated with the RA at all times.
12 Never share credentials
The RA will never ask for your trading account, demat account or bank account login credentials or OTPs. Never share these with anyone, including the RA.
