Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

3. Payment Policy

We accept payments strictly in our official company bank accounts. Clients are warned not to make payments to any personal bank account, UPI ID, or via cash. Moneyscals will not be liable for any payments made outside official company channels.

4. No Profit Guarantee

We do not provide any guaranteed profit services or profit-sharing services. Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.
